  Decanted for an hour. Jammy, spicy, some oak, smooth, nice finish. Thoroughly enjoyed sipping this over a couple of hours, where it only improved. Penfolds delivers again.

  Edit - second night the wine was nicely more mellow. Still had that restrained boldness but with some of the edge taken off. Really enjoyed this.
