  January 10, 2021 - This wine has been drinking well for a decade but is now getting more refined without any evidence of decline. In the past I have decanted for four to six hours. This bottle only required an hour to fully open. It was smooth, very full flavored, but light. At 13% alcohol it has perfect balance
