  January 9, 2021 - This wine is still a beast. It is still tight, tannic, and dark in color, and is undeniably CDP. This bottle paired well with Provencal lamb stew. While this wine will appeal to CDP enthusiasts, don't bother to serve it to anyone else at this point in its evolution. This wine might prove to be special over time, so my score may end up being conservative. This wine needs a lot more time in the bottle to see what it's capable of.
