  January 10, 2021 - Right in the peak of its drinking window. Needed about 60+ minutes of decant once out of the cellar and it showed excellent notes of Tobacco, Dark Chocolate and Leather in its nose..... the palette was initially a bit acidic, but very quickly that faded away giving a nice dark, well balanced fruit and wine. No tannins or astringency. Excellent. I have 3 more and will probably drink them in the next 3-6 months.....
