January 15, 2021 - PnP at cellar temperature. Lovely and bright in the glass, candied fruit on the nose. Just of hint of Coca Cola on the front of the palate that slightly blossoms mid-palate in what vaguely reminds me of Juicy Fruit gum. Very easy and fun to sip. Served with amatriciana, and the fruit forwardness of this wine paired better than expected with the unctuous guanciale. Stems up!
