  January 8, 2021 - Decanted for a short period.
  
  The wine is clear, looks deep Ruby coloured. The legs are long. There is moderate sediment in the bottle.
  
  On the nose: Vanilla, strawberry, plum, cheery, ripe mixed berries.
  
  On the palate: Blackfroest fruit, apple, pear and citrus. Back to cassis and Vanilla/oak to finish.
  
  The body is medium.
  The wine has leathery texture.
  The wine finishes medium to long.
  The wine has fresh acidity.
  The wine medium/low Tannins.
  
  My 2nd bottle, the 1st I had straight from the bottle buts its clear it need some time.
  interesting claret, classic Bordeaux on the nose but surprisingly fresh on the palette. Good wine with hearty meat dishes.
