  January 21, 2021 - Had this twice now. Still not really open, will wait 2 years before opening the next bottle.
  
  Very fresh, pure, fine minerals, light citric backbone, delightful acidity. All about balance, elegance and refinement.
  
  No warmth and oppullence here.
