January 21, 2021 - From a 375ml. Salty, reductive sulphur notes, orchard fruit underneath but this is not fruit forward. M to M+ acid, M body, just barely lacking in concentration. A pretty straightforward Chablis but good quality for entry level and in a style I really like.

Note to self: I need to get some 1er cru and and grand cru Louis Michel, especially given how affordable they are relative to other established producers. ~6.5-/10 with an asterisk for this being a three year old 375 that probably hasn’t been stored very well.
