  January 22, 2021 - Fresh, but with typical darker notes of aged champagne. Went very well with comté, and was excellent on its own. Quite long, with a tinge of bitterness in the aftertaste.
  
  Don’t think there’s much of a hurry to drink this, to be honest, but there’s also no shame in enjoying it now :-)
