  January 24, 2021 - Nose of red fruit, pomegranate, freshly cracked black pepper, lilac. Minimal tannins and a punch of acidity. The palate is simple and maybe a bit closed, but also similar to the nose. I’d give it time. There’s enough acidity to keep.
