The wine is slightly hazy, looks brick coloured. The legs are long. There is heavy sediment in the bottle.

On the nose: Sweet figs, wet autumn leaves, stoniness, slight port (oxidised), apple pie + cinnamon

On the palate: Fig roll, sweet plum, slight wood, spice, black pepper, clove to finish. slightly oxidised.

    The body is medium

Tasted directly from the bottle and was very sharp and austere totally unbalanced.
After 90 min in the bottle, I tasted again, more in balance now with some sweetness. wine was slightly "porty" and oxidised.
Well passed its best or from dubious storage from previous owner but drinkable.

I have one bottle left and will attempt a 2h decant fingers crossed !
