  January 28, 2021 - Slow-ox for three hours and consumed over the following two. Served chilled at 62 degrees. Deep violet in the glass. Aromas of dark fruits and rose pedals. Black and blue fruits throughout the evening. Medium to full-bodied, balanced and polished. Smooth, lingering finish. Plenty of life left and an excellent QPR.
