  December 24, 2008 - this bottle has been cellared well since purchase from Beringer, in 1996. well past its prime: thin, but not flabby, mouthfeel, then some tannins mid-range, with subtle residue of leather and chocolate. will be a good backdrop to holiday meal, but not very exciting. glad this is the last one. we'll see how my mags do.
