  January 30, 2021 - Blackberry with some meat and herbs on the nose. Blackberry on the palate with cedar notes lingering on the finish. A nicely balanced wine. Some dry tannins on the finish.
  
  Day two wine was slightly better having opened a bit more. Blackberry and dark fruit was more prominent and tannins had softened. A very nice wine.
