  February 1, 2021 - Delicious and mature LLC. I have not tasted many 1988, but I have always been positively surprised by this vintage which remains in the shadow of the glorious 1989 and 1990. This is elegant, profound, and very finely balanced. The tanins have melted and are very supple. A very nice wine in any aspect, now fully mature. It does not have the depth or intensity of 1982 or 1986 LLC, but it is nevertheless very pleasant.
