  February 1, 2021 - Decanted for 90 mins. Heady nose of eucalyptus, plum, licorice, vanilla. Very balanced on the palate with nice freshness followed by layers of dark fruits and cherry; ends with a complex finish of milk chocolate, cherry cola, creamy vanilla. Full bodied. Finish 40+ seconds. Juicy and not jammy.

  2/1/21, 7:50 PM - Mark, I think it’s quite good now, with tannins well integrated while remaining fresh and vibrant. I feel a couple more years would add to the complexity and nuance, but so hard to resist now. Cheers :)
