  February 1, 2021 - Even more disappointing than our previous bottle... tight and a bit tart, even after an hour in decanter. This is not the soft, lush fruit bomb we think of with Alban Grenache.

  2/2/21, 5:54 PM - Considered that, but it didn't have any of the typical flawed wine traits, just not up to their usual quality. There is always some bottle variation when you make a couple of thousand, I'm thinking we just got unlucky.
