  February 1, 2021 - Dark, rich, complex, and powerful. Tastes more Napa than Washington to me. Dark black currant and black cherry, rich earth, soy sauce, minerals, and sweet spices. Rich although not heavy, with an aromatic lift from the sweet herbs and flowers. As good as washington Cabernet gets but doesn’t really give me a sense of place or belonging to Washington.
