February 1, 2021 - At first sip, I liked this. Nice and bright red fruit with a bit of spice. The finish, though, reminds me of Mallort, or perhaps that taste when you drink orange juice right after brushing your teeth. Unpleasantly bitter. Tried three times from Coravin with different foods, then opened and let it get 24hrs of air, still couldn't finish the bottle.

2/4/21, 9:30 AM - Hi, just want to pass on my own experience with this bottle. I had the same problem but found after 2 days, and especially 3 after opening this wine became amazing. 2nd favorite wine of the year so far and the other was a $200 bottle. Very unusual to have such a dramatic change. I called the winery to have then explain why and didn't really get a good explanation but the woman I talked to told me she opens it 3 days before she is planning on drinking it.
