February 2, 2021 - So, maybe I jumped the gun a bit with this wine. I opened up a bottle to complement pacific wild salmon with a Dill sauce and it was way too young. Having said that there were interesting notes of menthol, tart berries and spice. I will wait at least 7 years before trying the next bottle.
