February 2, 2021 - Pale in color with aromas of stone, grapefruit, stone fruit, almond, and slight citrus. Medium acid. Fizzled out after being poured. Lime, apple, and citrus on the palate. Kinda disappointed that it was a still wine. What happened to the bubbles?
