  February 4, 2021 - This is a 100% cabernet wine that is just magnificent. Tannins are very refined and has a licorice and black tea flavor. This is my second bottle and just keeps getting better. This wine is just a pleasure to drink. You would not regret trying this wine.

  2/5/21, 8:56 AM - I decanted for 45 minutes and drank it with my spouse and a friend over 2 hours. It did get even better over the 2 hours.
