  February 7, 2021 - Quote OK to drink now, more to give if cellared more. A bit straight forward at the moment, but good balance, OK length. The typical Bordaux nose is there, but to site a Seinfeld episode - there is no "grace". I would expect it to be more elegant when adding a bit more complexity with more age - but don't expect it to be stunning.
