February 7, 2021 - Medium garnet in the glass; aromatic with cherry, cassis, saline on the nose. More of the same on the palate — plush cherry enrobed in a savory, velvety mouth feel. Long finish without bitterness. Plenty of acid but still has structure and sufficient tannic backbone. Really pretty wine - paired well with tomato bisque and warm mushroom salad. Looking forward to more. Delicious. 13.8 abv.
