  February 8, 2021 - This $21 cab is surprisingly good. The flavor IS pretty heavy of plum and jammy raisin with a spicy/herby background, and with a nice medium finish which transitions to a more vanilla-raisin flavor. It was SUPER tasty on the 2nd day. The plum is a little more calm but still the primary fruit flavor, the spice is a little subdued, but the transition to the finishing flavor has a noticeable hickory-smoked molasses flavor to it and it lasts awhile. Surprisingly soft tannins and medium acidity. Really great value here.
