  February 10, 2021 - Slow-ox for an hour and consumed over the following three. Garnet red in the glass with aromas of violets, plum, strawberry and toasted bread. Flavors included cherry, chocolate, cedar/oak, earth, mocha, raspberry and boysenberry. Medium mouthfeel, resolved, velvety, polished and silky with a moderately long finish. Some tannic structure and acidity for further aging, but so good now. Consistently high quality at a reasonable price point.
