  February 13, 2021 - Like a comfortable, easy conversation with an old friend. Not a blockbuster, but just everything in a great place. Popped and poured at cellar temp. Spicy olives, roses and peppery asphalt on the nose. Nice sweet black cherry fruit, roses and peppery asphalt on the palate. Tannins fully resolved, but still a lively acid filled finish. Going to last for quite a while, but drinking beautifully tonight. A great companion to some bucatini with homemade Bolognese.
