  February 13, 2021 - Somewhere on the road between Pinot Noir and Gamay on the nose - the fruit quality has that slightly candied signature of the variety, but there's a wonderful and harmonious savoury element that instantly gives it depth and draws you in. After some time, a light graphite minerality begins to show through. The palate's lean and fresh with crunchy red fruit, but a touch of structure as well as a hint of spice on the finish give it foundation. If you like your Gamay on the brooding side - and I do - this is for you.
