  February 14, 2021 - Pretty spectacular stuff, though it takes about an hour to truly unfold. Strawberries, rose petal, mushroom, umami, some forest floor, tiny bubbles, pale rose gold color. The finish is broad and almost endless.
  Krug ID indicated it was mainly 2006 base, disgorged in 2013 (19eme). Is worth the money, unfortunately - so may have to buy more!
  
  Went with both the smoked salmon and caviar and the quail in mushroom sauce, enough savory edge to go with the quail. Yum
