  No formal notes. I realised that for my taste this is a great wine for cooler weather. I actually decided to serve this with the traditional, Danish pork-roast for X-mas dinner (Dec 24). I thought that the prunes on the nose and palate matched the dish very well. Drinking the remnants of the bottle today (had been stored in the fridge), I do think that it has gained even more complexity while still preserving its jovial character. Note--The vintage is note included on the wines sold in Denmark but the wine merchant was able to tell me this information.
