  February 15, 2021 - Really interesting. It's just the right amount of aromatic on the nose, with delicate white flowers, dried peach, the barest hint of almond skin, and a nice saline slate seam that only becomes more prominent with airtime. The palate is well-balanced, with a light richness buoyed by crisp acidity into a snippet of orange peel on the finish. Northern Italian delicacy meets California sun.
