  February 15, 2021 - Dark garnet red, expressive aroma of ripe blackcurrant, plum, black cherry, herbs and hints of cedar.
  Mellow and supple entry, with intensity gradually build up on palate, showing ripe blackcurrant, black cherry along with anise, herbs and spices. Drying finish with soft tannins.
  Showing development and still pretty new world style with prevalent ripe fruits. Still holding but need to be drank soon.
