  February 15, 2021 - Day 1 : a lot of wood but well balanced by red fruit (berries, strawberries) and nice acidity.
  Day 2 : the fruit’s gone!! Acidity too... Almost like a flat 7up...
  Day 3 : don’t know yet but I don’t have much expectation, I’m very curious and hopeful, as this is a great producer (his “Mes Favorites Vieilles vignes is flawless).
  
  All and all, a good week wine. Cheers!
