  February 19, 2021 - Decanted for 3 hours, and then bottled for 2 more before tasting on zoom.
  The nose was rustic, and more about the earthiness, sous bois, and a lovely sandalwood, and less about the red fruit (which were evident and lovely). Palate certainly shows the producer's love of oak (and perhaps stem?), with structure and more rusticity.
