Community Tasting Note

  • ONEFIVE Likes this wine:

February 21, 2021 - Earthy, funky aromas with red fruit and spice.
Medium body, medium acidity, and grippy tannin.
This was open for about an hour and still seemed tight. Cherry, blueberry, leather, and mushroom on the palate. Nice but seems young and needs air if enjoying now. Will go another 10+ years easily.

Follow up. After a few hours open this really started to shine. Give plenty of air if opening now.

2/21/21, 7:38 PM - It will be worth the wait. I’d say 3 more years at least. Otherwise throw it in a decanter for a couple hours before enjoying. Cheers!
