  February 21, 2021 - Found this deep in the cellar and it is still holding up well for a 12 year old Pinot. A little past prime but still well balanced with dark fruits of black berry, and a plum finish and some spice. I don’t get the cherry other tasting notes talked about. Took awhile to open up and my cellar was a bit chilly so once wine warmed up, it changed nicely in the glass. Still has some sulfur on nose but this blows off. Time to drink up the rest.
