  February 22, 2021 - On opening the wine presented as fully mature if somewhat anonymous. Revisiting after six hours this had filled out wonderfully, with nose of wild herbs (Corsican maquis?), and wild plums on the palate. Long too, with lingering notes for a full twenty seconds. Very fine and ready to go, though worth allowing some time to breath.
