  February 22, 2021 - Upon opening, a lot of brett, heat, liquored fruits. Listen, I love me a nice earthy Super Tuscan, but the brett/burnyard/musk on this was like wine tasting inside a horse's stall. Luckily, the after an hour of air the bright, savory red fruit began to spring forward and cover some of this up. Still pretty tannic with medium+ acidity. Needs more time.
