  February 21, 2021 - Had with Loretta with carnitas and escabeche. One hr. slow decant. Not one of the best Saxum's I've had. Rough on the nose and palate and don't think it will get any better, but I'll ignore the two remaining in my cave until I happen upon them again in a few years.
  
  I've had delicious Saxum's before and don't want to speak badly of this one. Everyone's allowed to have a bad vintage, no?
