  February 21, 2021 - Ruby, light-brown at rim, sediment; plums, toffee, leather, mocha; semi-sweet, pruney/cherry, smooth, medium-full body, thick legs, soft tannins, lingering finish
  Decanted 2 hrs. Subtle prune, cherry, burnt sugar and earthy flavours with seamless acidity. Drinking nicely, can go longer. Enjoyed with stilton.
