  February 16, 2021 - Phil's Coravin exploration (Phil's place, Putney, Sydney): From Coravin. Initially slightly green/herbaceous underpin, a little peppery plums, liquorice, slightly dusty baked earth quality. Juicy acidity, plums and also some red berries supporting, soft tannic burr, sweetness is nicely in balance as is the alcohol. Very nice.
