  February 26, 2021 - Absolutely bazonkas from first pour. Everyone sat up In their seat like they were watching an election result. Thrilling fireworks, insane mouthwatering acidity. Grapefruit, lime, limestone, loved it. Perfect sorbet substitute. Probably too intense for dinner.
