  February 26, 2021 - Straw colored and full bodied, low alcohol 11.5%. Interesting combination of flavors and textures: honey at the core, but finishes clean. Not tropical fruits, but white peach or dry green grape. Slightly sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. Bumping up a point for maintaining flavor over a couple of days.
