  February 28, 2021 - Poured into decanter for about 20 minutes. Really opened up after the 20 minutes.
  On the nose I got minerals, lemon and honeydew melon. As the night went on it opened up even more.
  On the palate I got lemon minerals and melon. At first I had a slight waxy feel on my palate but that went away. I loved the acidity!
  Really nice wine.
