  February 28, 2021 - Rather intense nose of purple florals (still alive, not dried), patchouli spice, candied raspberries and plums. A good amount of creamy oak with a roasted chestnut character that is prominent but complimentary. Big shape on the palate, but not heavy and significantly leans out on day two. Still a lot in reserve, with baby fat hiding some of the structure.
