February 28, 2021 - Pretty garnet with copper edges. Legs are thin and fast. Nose of fresh chalk candy, or Tums, but good, not sweet. Grapefruit on the tongue and that candy mid-palate. Longish finish w/ balanced alcohol. Balanced, nice tannins that stay with that long finish. Finish has hint of tobacco and roasted cashew at the very last.
