  March 5, 2021 - Near white but good body. The acid is just a touch out of balance. Nice crisp dry white fruit flavor. finish shows flavors the best. Very good with food and a great wine for cooking -- adds a lot of fruit flavor to your dish. Although current wishbone says otherwise, this wine will likely do nicely with sme proper ageing
