March 9, 2021 - Tried a sip today with Coravin. This is not the typical rather fruity and quaffable Swiss pinot noir. This is more like a Burgundy, dense yet elegant, well integrated oak notes, and still a substantial backbone of tannins. Will try again in 1 year from now.
