  March 9, 2021 - A new addition to the lineup of desire lines just got this today and had multiple bottles so thought i would try one. It has a wonderful streak of lemon running thru it, and it has more heft and body than the cole ranch.That being said i love Cody's deft hand in both of these rieslings and can see these being used for different types of food to compliment the wines. This wine should continue to only get better with some age for now it is a 90 ( way early in the game) with potential to go higher

  3/12/21, 4:34 AM - to: cweiss to me the cole ranch version would pair better with lighter fish ( sole ,flounder shellfish such as raw oysters, raw little necks) chicken with salads or simply baked. where as the wiley version would be better served with heavier oily fish blue fish sword fish sardines or fish accompanied with cream or white types sauces same for chicken dishes ie with heavier sauces or marinades. Hope this helps....
