  March 9, 2021 - Over two nights. Medium weight but still holding a deep cherry red colour. Intense flavours of cherry now well integrated with the oak and mouth-watering acidity - lovely. Still plenty of life left. I have had this wine at 20+ years and it is one of the few Tasmanian pinots that is built to age .
